CHAOS!!!

ugh, where to start....

last friday i went to the G Love & Special Sauce show due to the fact that i won tickets at a local watering hole the previous weekend. the show was sponsored by Jack Daniels. there was no way to go wrong here. good times, great music.

saturday i was in my company's sky box on the 9th green for the International Golf Tournament. I was 20 feet from Ernie Ells et.al. while they were putting. sadly, Tiger was not there as he never plays withina week of a major.

saturday night i went to the Black Crowes show. there are no words. the Black Crowes consistently shuffle between my 1st and 2nd favorite band of all time, depending on my mood at the time you ask me. the bands that opened up were The Drive By Truckers, and Robert Randolph and The Family Band. I've liked both bands for a while now, but this show put it over the top for me. If you havn't checked out Robert Randolph and The Family Band yet, do it. they are rediculously great live.... fantastic musicians. the black crowes hit the stage, the crowd went nuts, the secondhand weed was in the air. i can't get over how Chris Robinson still has his pipes!! The man is 40 years old, and has been touring for 16 years and he stills hits notes like he was Chris Cornell. It was a phenomenal show.

in other news, i finally found a house and will most likely close on it within a couple of weeks! kick ass sea bass.
